My Journey

My path to energy healing began through my own search for balance, peace, and renewal.

After years of working in fast-paced environments, I felt the deep call to slow down and explore the energy that connects and sustains us all. Reiki became the bridge — a gentle, powerful practice that opened the door to emotional clarity, spiritual healing, and self-discovery.

Through this transformation, Sacred Flow Energy Healing was born — a space where others could experience that same peace and alignment, in the comfort of their own home or through distance sessions.
